What is the minimum order?
We have a 24 pc minimum on screen printed garments.
Do all the shirts need to be the same color?
No. You may a variety of colors in your order.
However, keep in mind the color(s) of your print. What looks great on a light colored garment may not look right on a darker colored garment. Additional design work or different inks may be necessary to make your design suitable for different colors, and therefore would affect the pricing. If you’re unsure, just ask; we can help you decide what your best options would be.
Do all the shirts need to be the same style or brand?
No. You may mix and match styles and brands in your order as long as they are getting the same print.
While the cost of the print will remain the same, each garment will likely have a different cost, therefore affecting the end price. Everything is broken down in our quotes to help you make the right choices.
What is your turnaround time?
Our typical turnaround time is 2 weeks or less AFTER all approvals and payment requirements have been met.
Can you take off the tax?
We sure can! If you are a school, non-profit organization, reseller, or any form of tax exempt entity, just provide us with your information and we will gladly get rid of that pesky tax.
Do the garments shrink?
Yes. All garments containing cotton, even garments labeled as “pre-shrunk” are subject to a certain amount of shrinkage after washing.
You can limit shrinking by washing garments with cold water on gentle, and air drying if possible. This will also help prolong the life of your print.
Can I see a mock up or proof of my design prior to making a deposit?
No. Unfortunately because there is a great deal of time that goes into graphics, we cannot make proofs without a deposit for an order. You do have the option of paying a non-refundable art fee, which would be applied as a credit should you decide to order.
Can I get a printed sample shirt of my design, so I can see what it will look like?
We can provide you with an electronic proof /mockup for your approval before printing your order.
If you prefer a printed sample in hand, we require a non-refundable $100 deposit, which would be applied as a credit should you decide to order.
What is the max print area?
Our max print size is 15” W x 17” H. Keep in mind the size and types of garments being printed. A max print may not fit on smaller garments or hooded sweatshirts. If you are unsure, please ask.
Can you print on infant sized garments?
No. The smallest size we screenprint is youth small. If you are interested in infant garments with your order please contact us for other options.
